Overview

Research is one of the cornerstones of marketing. This applied marketing course presents multiple research techniques and gives insight into how various techniques are used by marketing research firms. In addition to project case studies, you will conduct individual and group research projects using survey research methods.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Understand the benefits and limitations of various research techniques.
  • Explain how market research firms develop and combine marketing schemes.
  • Design and implement a marketing research project to fit the needs of a global business.
