Overview

New ventures start with an idea, but they succeed through careful planning. In this course, you will write a business plan to launch and operate a new venture. In addition, this course will emphasize strategies to identify, attract, and sell new products to customers. The resulting business and marketing plan provides a basis for raising capital and attracting commitments from potential customers, suppliers, and employees.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Write a business plan for a new venture.
  • Develop a detailed marketing plan.
  • Integrate all aspects of the business and marketing plans.
